String Music

Named after the sound the net makes when you make a nothing but net shot. OUR FOUNDER Scott Adeeb was given the nickname String as a kid by his brother.

Bullet Bob

Named for Jacksonville’s own “Bullet Bob” Hayes, Olympic gold medalist and NFL star. A Gilbert High grad, he’s the only athlete to win both a gold medal and a Super Bowl ring.

Red Caps

Named in honor of the Jacksonville Red Caps, a Negro American League baseball team that played from 1938–1942 at Durkee Field, now known as J.P. Small Memorial Park.

Section 215

The Adeeb family and friends have proudly called Section 215 home on fall Sundays for nearly a decade. A true tradition rooted in passion, loyalty, and DUUUVAL pride!

Terry's Pilsner

Terry’s was more than a store—it was the heart of the community. Strings honors that spirit with a gathering place where locals connect, stories are shared, and memories are brewed.

Phins Up

Created with Jacksonville University, this crisp, dry brew celebrates connection, integrity, and team spirit. Phins Up is perfect for game days or relaxing afternoons in Jax.

Best kid

Named for Jacksonville native and MLB outfielder Ben Gamel. A tribute to his roots and neighborhood pride—crafted by the Adeeb brothers who grew up just down the street.

6-4-3

A West Coast-style Double IPA named after the classic baseball double play. Bright and balanced with a floral, citrusy hop finish—this brew always delivers a clean out.

Golden Sombrero

A refreshing Mexican lager with a crisp finish and hint of sweetness. Named for the humbling feat of four strikeouts, it’s the perfect cooldown after a tough day at bat—or the office.

Southpaw Sour

A rotating, fruit-forward kettle sour that’s tart, light, and refreshing—just like a southpaw’s punch. An easy-drinking brew perfect for lefties and flavor chasers alike.
